AAHP Historic Preservation Award

In November 2017 the Alaska Association for Historic Preservation (AAHP) awarded Tundra Vision a generous $2,500 matching grant to help research, prepare and nominate the <NN> Cannery as a Historic Maritime District to the National Register of Historic Places. This award honors excellence in historic preservation throughout Alaska by recognizing a project, organization, agency, or individual exemplifying the highest standards in Alaska preservation. The NN Cannery was also listed on AAHP's Ten Most Endangered Historic Properties List for 2017 and the award is part of its grant program.
